Title Management Enterprise Integration
- If you are a Title Management Enterprise customer, the hard work has already been done.
- Release titles, copy and images with a simple click.
- Security controls allow you to designate who releases title and copy to Eloquence.
- Built-in Data Verification controls and Pre-flight reports allow you to vet your title information before it leaves the house.
- One-click allows you to view your title information in the Eloquence service.
- View a log of each file transfer.
- Deliver images by linking to titles in Title Management or sending via bulk ftp. See a full audit of whether we have received and transmitted all images related to each title.
- Take full advantage of standard built-in reports such as Tip Sheets, B&N Title Cards, Border/Walden Title Sheets.
- Title Management offers a direct link between your title and the Eloquence website, www.eloquenceweb.com, so you can easily see what data has been made available to the Trade.
